PDG+creative Among Select Few to Receive Graphic Design Award

PDG+creative receives this award in honor of their recently completed company brochure. The piece, which utilizes specialty ink processing and genuine butcher paper, illustrates the firm’s unique approach to design and creative solutions. One of the brochure’s key design characteristics, emphasizing PDG’s ability to think differently, is the way in which it is instinctively handled left-to-right instead of the customary right-to-left.

“We wanted our brochure to be an example to our clients and fellow designers,” said Matt Pendergraff, PDG Principal and Executive Creative Director. “People see this piece and begin to wonder what else is possible in the way of design and production. It’s a truly unique creation that suggests the infinite possibilities of good design.”

The American Graphic Design Awards are sponsored by Graphic Design USA, a monthly publication marketed toward graphic design professionals and covering such topics as design leadership, logo development, color selection and industry news, amongst others. The Awards receive more than 10,000 entries and select only 1,500 winners, whose work is then published in the 300-page American Graphic Awards Design Annual and on the publication’s website (www.gdusa.com).
