PDG+creative Continues to Grow

Since repositioning their company in 2007 and taking on a new set of national and international clients, PDG+creative has expanded its team to include two new members.

In August 2009, Javod Khalaj joined the firm’s interactive department as Lead Developer. A graduate of computer science studies, Javod specializes in developing and refining interactive code sequences that produce more efficient websites. He carries a broad range of knowledge covering code development, online programming and program integration, which means client sites are more intuitive and user-friendly.

“His years of experience and programming expertise allow us to solve client request in ways we couldn't before,” said Jared Patton, Interactive Art Director. “Plus, his organizational skills and attention to detail have allowed our website development process to run more efficiently.”

More recently, Hannah Puckett joined the firm’s print department in September 2009. As a team designer, Hannah brings to her role prior experience as a fine art student, art teacher and freelance artist. She is highly skilled in concept development and computer-generated dimensional art, and works with clients in developing mutual solutions for a broad range of design challenges.

“It is important for our agency and our work to create a team and atmosphere where ideas flow freely,” said Matt Pendergraff, Executive Creative Director. “When recruiting team members, we look for people with a drive to push not only themselves but the entire group to the next level. Hannah and Javod bring this drive to our group.”

With a growing team of skilled creatives, PDG ensures that the free-flow of ideas—which drive every part of their business—will keep on streaming.
